Usually the one you're in at any given time.
I figured my 20s, then 40s but nowam in my 60s & don't feel any different than I did back then except I am more relaxed & more accepting of things.

I think that would depend on a person's situation and lifestyle. If they were say 23 and had no responsibilities it would be good for them but if they had children and couldn't make ends meet then it wouldn't and that can work for situations in all age groups. To me the best age is when you feel the happiest and are financially secure but some have that at an early age and some obtain it in later years so I can't see how there can actually be a 'best age'.
Just my opinion of course.

I am really liking 21...I'd say 21 is perfect age but for all I know in march when i turn 22 a lot of really cool sh*t can happen to me and I'll say 22 is the best age. there are times when i miss being 16 though, ive lost contact with a couple people i use to love hanging out with back then and think about them from time to time

i love being my age now. 23. because im no longer a kid so im not limited on what i can do. im also not older and expected to be married, with kids, and such. but if i were married and had children, i am old enough and its accepted. im still old enough to chage my goals and direction in life. im old enough to have establish credit and buy things like ahouse or car. im old enough to have put a couple years in my job. i am the oldest sibbling and i have seen my two younger sibblings get married and now have my first neice and nephew which has been exciting. so many reasons really..

from my experiance untill now i would say the second half of the 20s! i mean the age group of 25-30.
becouse emotionally u r so strong during this time that things cant hurt u easily, u r still young and can do whatever u want! u become more responsible and understanding situations and people become much more easier during this time i believe!
but.... i have seen some who r still immiture during this time and they need to grow older!

I think i would simply enjoy where i am on the way to where I'm going. I'm in my late teens and I'm enjoying my youth even though there could be disadvantages...I'm looking forward to growing older,though...

20's cause your young enough choose a life, and young enough to enjoy it. 30 hits and aches and pains set in and in the blink of an eye your 50.
