Did she ask you for name advice? I completely hate it when people volunteer names to me. But, I will recommend baby name books, they give the name and the meaning, and if you are a little religious maybe look at the due date and pick a Catholic Saint's name. Even if the Saint is like Catherine of Sienna, you could still get lovely ideas like the name Sienna, instead of Catherine. You have to consider if your sister wants a traditional name, a family name, or a unique name. This can all depend on your culture and the way you were both raised.
Congrats to your sister!

Best name for what? The baby? If so, is it a girl or a boy? That would help. Furthermore, do you have any ideas on names that your sister has picked out? Then you could list them and have us pick the best one.
We need more information.

For a girl, I always liked the name Evelynn Idina. Evelynn is the full name of the heroine Evey from "V for Vendetta". That will symbolize strenght. Idina is the name of the actress who played the first Elpahba in "Wicked". That will symbolize inner and outer beauty and diversity.
