As a man, that will decrease the chance of heart disease. Women have a natural way to get rid of excess blood and renew their supply, as a man, you have to get rid of it and regenerate. I eat a lot of red meat and I have a BUNCH of iron in my blood. Gotta shed it.

About 1975, thru a co. blood drive. Have considered it in past but it's stressful to me.
