Members have the same voting rights yet a full ladies membership is less than a full membership. Under EU laws is this correct or should all fees be equal?

Men's membership at golf clubs is usually more because women tend to have restricted playing times i.e. they can't play on a Saturday or until after 3pm on a Sunday

If you go back to the history fo this practice, traditionally women only went down to the clubs to get more involved with their husbands, not to play golf. That is why the fees are so low for them. Now women are starting to understand and play the game more, but the rates for them have not changed. Just let it be. At least it keeps the wives form nagging the husbands so much about playing golf all the time!

If it's a private club, this is pretty common. There are a number of private clubs in the US that restrict membership to white, heterosexual, christian males only. It is entirely legal as long as govermnent funds are not involved.

This practice sounds extremely chauvanistic agaist women. Women are being lured with low fees into these male dominated "clubs" in order to appease and entertain the male "members".
