The answer is 2. The intermolecular forces of attraction must be weak, because otherwise those forces would tend to hold the molecules together in solid or gaseous form. The vapor pressure must be high, because high vapor pressure is tied to the tendency of a substance to undergo a phase change into a gas.

B When it sublimes, the intermolecular forces are very easily broken (as the solid goes directly from solid to gas). The vapor pressure is high, because the solid is becoming a gas (the vapor pressure is the pressure above the solid as molecules change from solid to gas).
