This is all straightforward information. Most of it should be in your textbook. Some of it sounds like it might have been learned from a lab.

For example, find the section in your book on fat cells. You should find that the reddish sphere may be a lipid droplet and that the nucleus is located near the periphery of the cell. All of the other information should be available from the course materials as well.
