I think it all depends on what you want to study. It's consistently ranked among the top three national universities in the nation. HPY... Harvard, Princeton, Yale. (See link). Currently, US News lists PU as #1 but those three are always playing musical chairs.
I have a feeling you're just being humorous. But, it is an Ivy League school (although it's funny that some job recruiters confuse Penn--Ivy--with Penn State.) So, you really can't go wrong with an Ivy. Worst case, even if you pick the absolutely wrong classes or major, the connections those schools offer would help out tremendously.
Also, it's not really about what school you attend, but instead what you do while you're there. Although it can be argued that an alumnus of an Ivy is in a infinitely better position than a non-Ivy alumnus, that sentiment is rather trite and immature. While attending a better school will tend to open up more doors to future possibilities, it all depends on whether you take full advantage of the school you choose to attend and its resources.
Anyway, I digress... If you are considering Princeton University, be sure to visit the campus and walk around. I'm assuming (if you are applying or looking at PU) that you have the grades and boards as well as extracurriculars (and/or money/connections). Don't just go on a tour. Tag along with a current freshman and see what it's like to attend class for a day or two. Introduce yourself to a few professors and see if you like the environment.
But most importantly, make sure the school you choose has the major(s) and field(s) of study you're interested in. For example, while Princeton is a great school, I'd go Penn over Princeton if you're more business focused. One word---Wharton.

It is DEFINITELY a good school! According to the US News Rankings it is the 2nd best in the country and like the 5th best in the world. If you get the chance to attend, definitely go there! A word of caution: it is very selective, so make sure that what you'll be studying is offered at princeton. For example, if you'll study fashion merchandising going to Princeton won't be such a good idea. Anyways, go to the princeton website to find out more about it if you want. I think it's www.princeton.edu. Good luck!
