I do appreciate everything as long as these are not vulgar and carries some sensibility.I never found anything completely boring.There's always some interesting aspect of everything.
I appreciate nice conversation, a 'hello' from heart with a smile,an innocent smile of a child or a grown up, a 'thank you" if it comes out honestly from anyone's lips, a yawn by a new born child, a deep look at me by an elderly person, a park full of cheerful kids-mothers-brothers-sisters-friends, a stretched out hand of of a person to help an old person to cross a difficult area/zone. and many more......they are countless.

I appreciate Pat White for being awesome, Billy Peters for dunking in our basketball games, a nice piece of pumpikin pie, Noel Devine for choosing WVU, and you for showing me that Noel Devine is someone to appreciate i never thought of it like that. And I appreciate the president and all our soldiers in Iraq! OH AND MUSIC!!! And Soulja Boy for giving everyone a great dance and showing us just hoe "fresh" bathing apes are

It will probably not mean anything to the young people, but as I get close to my end, I remember all the people who gave me help, and encouragement through my life, and I realise that we really are not alone, so I try to help others as much as I can.

Everyday I try to appreciate everything I have and who I became. I also appreciate that I have bad days and I make mistakes, that means I have better days and I am not perfect.

Family & Friends who help me out in the
bad times...they are such a comfort to me...
and I cannot imagine life without them.!!
EDIT: AND lets not forget chocolate...(I must be slipping to of forgotten that)..lol

i appreciate the life given to me and people around me whether whom i meet in daily life and those i meet on net, who ever makes a differrence in my life positively or negatively cause they both help me become better, one makes me better by motivating and the other (negative) motivates me by challenging me. So in both case i tend to profit.
