please talk to your mom about this. never post personal info like breast size on the web.
your mom is your best source of info on the breast size. since shes small you will most likely be small
as for the period not coming in 6 months are you having sex. if so you could be pregnant. see your doctor about the periods it could be a number of things

When I first started my period at 13 my period was all over the place and sometimes I wouldn't have it for a while.
It might have been a false start.
If it worried you to much talk to a doctor.

In the beginning periods are eratic. They don't always come every month. You may be a late bloomer but you will develop soon enough and probably into a very lovely young lady. be patient, it will happen.

For right now, your period is not regular. And everyone's breast size is different.
It's perfectly normal,but if you are so worried, you should talk to your mom about it.
