I think the answer is subjective. Who would violence be committed toward? If it were violence toward Adolf Hitler vs. violence toward myself, then I'd say violence toward Hitler would be better. In general, violence toward yourself is better, because it's less selfish. What right does any person have to act violently toward another person?

If I HAD to choose. I'd say violence to yourself.

because I really dont think anybody should interfere with someone else's happiness.

but really, both things can be destructive.

Violence towards myself..if I deserve....I'd rather feel pain myself than have others suffer....

They are both pretty bad either way you don't have respect for yourself. I wanna say towards yourself but i do know that it is bad...personal experiences

...knew a guy that wanted someone to punch him in the face, he was asking for it but no one would, then he punched someone in the back of the head five times and that was pretty interesting
