Does anyone what designer or where I could get the strapless little black dress with the poofy skirt that Heidi Klum is wearing in the opening credits of Project Runway 4??

I don't know but I love it too! However I was actually watching some show with Tim Gunn afterward, and Isaac Mizrahi, was showing a similar dress. I'd try looking his clothing up. Hope this helps!

I am sure some of the bigger Department Stores, like Macy, will soon carry a copy of that Black Dress, that Heidi Klum, was wearing.
