I think Ethan James has the best rhythm of these choices. Because of the consonant sounds in James, it feels complete and flows well.
Ethan Lee sounds very southern, and because Lee ends in a vowel sound, it feels rushed.
Ethan Joshua could also be a possibility. It doesn't have as crisp of a sound as Ethan James, but it does sound nice.
