How do you add accents when typing on a keyboard?

you can't really add an accent...that is kind of left up to the other persons imagination. you could always tell them in the beginning what kind of accent you have so they can hear the words you type that way.

Hi. For occasional use try the Character Map. "Start> All programs> Accessories> System tools> Character map".
