Tanner's and Paddy O'Quigley's are pretty good. They have multiple locations, so it depends on what part of town you're in.

McFadden's Sports Saloon
Brand new bar in the Power and Light District downtown. Right across the street from the Sprint center. I've never been in, but I hear it's really cool

Chappell's in North KC has been voted one of the Top 10 sports bar in the entire U.S. I'd go there!

Tanners (all of them)
Hooter's on Barry Rd and the one on Metcalf in Overland Park.
All of these are always packed!
