It all depends. If you are trying to get someones attention like, a , and you do something bad, like spray paint on a train or something, i guess that would be ok. But still really bad. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! Now I am confused. So lets just say sometimes it is ok to be bad if it is good, wait that does not make any sense! Now I am really confused! I need some coffee. I let you know when I get the answer. Sorry!

Degree of 'bad'ness varies from low to high depending of the severity of survival situation :-)
Each of us struggle for existance, and strongest survives, either in professional life or life threatnenig situation !!
