everytime youre anxious, is it because youre pushing yourself too much or because you are doubting yourself?

Because I push myself, and then the lazy half of me kicks in until a few hours before any deadlines I have, that's usually why I'm anxious.

I don't tend to doubt myself, I believe that as long as you are totally dedicated, you can achieve anything.

Usually a bit of both. You may be pushing yourself just beyond your abilities and so have doubts. Then, Oh wonderful then, you find you can do it and enjoy it for a while and then you push again.

for me personally, it has to do with being overwhelmed by my emotions. i tend to be hit with a lot of different emotions all at once. i guess you could say it has to do with self doubt. at times, i have taken on a little too much. frankly, i think i work better under those conditions. i'm forced to get the work done. yeah, i might have a few moments where i want to give up but i usually don't.

It is normally because I am lonely. I don't tend to get anxious for things I can have on my own, only things that I need others for and don't want to do without.

i do no longer remind myself because of the fact if i are not getting any solutions and that i think of my contacts could desire to no longer get exhilaration from the question I delete it. If i'm getting even one answer i'll pass away the question and award the only man or woman the terrific answer if it grew to become into extreme-high quality.
