Hi. Yes but it will only run at the fastest speed allowed by your system. I would leave the BIOS on 'Auto' because you may have a higher speed capacity. My opinion.

probably - go into your BIOS and lock the memory settings to the 133 speed (not auto) . Then install the 400 sticks - they should work just fine.
