What other stores have skinny jeans under 35.00?

Tillys, Ross, Anchor Blue, Pac Sun....Those type of places. I have never seen them at Target or Walmart. You can also try Ebay. All of these places have skinny jeans for under $35. Hope this helped.

I used to love that brand, and I always found it at TJ Maxx and Marshall's. Department stores have cheap jeans, too. And Ross does.
Paris Blues doesn't have an actual store, though.

Barefeet shoes has skinny jeans.
And Old Navy has skinny jeans that are colored - like purple and stuff
