They are more interested in whether or not you will fit in then if you give the "right" answers.

You should be prepared to tell them why you want to go to that particular school. Give an honest answer -- but avoid anything negative. Don't mention that it is your second choice or your safety school. Also -- make sure you let them know what you bring to the table. A top ten school already knows what you get out of going there -- they are interested in what they get out of having you there,

Since you don't have much work experience -- you should be prepared to tell them why they should take you now. Ranked schools want three to five years of work experience. Unranked schools are not worth the money. You may be better off waiting until you have more work experience.

Don't forget that you are interviewing them, too. Prepare some questions that you want answered.

Overall -- make sure that you appear interested in their school. Many interviews are in-person. Wear what you would wear to a job interview.

Talk about your outstanding internships. Make sure you are focused on the purpose of your answer. Try to point out what type of job you did during your internships and again, stay focused on what you want to continue doing. Also, try to maintain a relationship with what you did and what you want to do. Do not worry, it is not a job interview nor a test. Relax and apply your knowledge. With your grades and GMAT you should be fine.
