Well writing why you are sorry in a nice card or in a note with flowers can be nice. Once I upset my sister and to say sorry I created a CD of some nice songs (some of her favourite artists) and called the CD 'I'm Sorry'. She soon forgave me.

speaking sorry, is hilgly inefficient in so many ways, because if people are really sorry, they dont make the same error again, and ive found people who say sorry, just say if for the sake of it, without actually realising what they are sorry for .

there are many ways to say sorry it all depends who you want to apologise too...you could send flowers, letters ,cards, music ,sweets ,treats etc etc etc
