I'm not a doctor, but I'm pretty sure that dizziness and nausea for two days after a head injury is a very bad sign. Go the the ER asap.

If you vomit then you must see a doctor immediately as you might have swelling or even bleeding in the skull.

If you have had both these symptoms of nausea and dizziness for two days then go to hospital now if you can, or at least phone medical helpline for advice.

I'm not a doctor but I play one on line. lol

In all seriousness why haven't you gone to the ER or seen your doctor. I rather you be safe than sorry. When your health is at stake don't take any chances. Hope all goes well.

Yes---you need to go straight to the ER and have a CT scan. You very well may have a head injury (nausea is a sure sign).

I'm no doctor, but I've been to the hospital for a headache that's made me vomit. They told me that if it's the worse headache I've had in my life, they want to know about it. Goto a doctor, if not, a hospital.

the same thing happened to my mother, except a bottle fell on her head when she was cleaning, and she's been having headaches ever since.
i'd recommend going to the doctor, and getting it checked out personally..

You have a concussion. And are you 8 feet tall? How do you hit your head on the ceiling ?

Severe head trauma can cause the brain to swell, and that can kill you if it swells even a little. Medication can reverse this. See a doctor.
