My son Lost the disk! So can someone tell me if there is a way to do it without? Or is it just now no good to me....Thanks

You'll need to go to the Logitech website and find the drivers that are specific to the cam you have. Download the whole package, install it, and THEN connect the cam. It may even tell you to connect the cam while it installs. Either way, you should restart the computer after you install the drivers for the best results.

both my answer and the other person's answer are right go to Logitech site and look for the model of the quick cam or they might have a driver that covers a wide range of quick cams they are free to downlaod
