Bush's mind is complex.
He is the type putting somebody behind bars for years just because he finds something "suspicious" and have no evidence and stuff and after 8 years he is like "you can go, sry for wasting 8 years of ur life"

Nearly all of them... Not only that, the disgrace to democracy and the free world is now anxious to close Gant bay at all costs and is sending these alleged terrorists to countries where they will certainly be tortured and killed...
It is a known fact and President Bush should be made to face charges on violating the constitution and the laws that expressly prohibits such actions.

I know this isn't what you want to hear, but then, the truth sucks. They have all been charged. Trouble is, under whose law do they fall AND, do they get adequate representation? The suspention of Habius Corpus doesn't mean they've not been charged, nearly as much as it means they can be held/detained indefinitely. The charges range from enemy combatant to terrorist. I suspect you're just phishing. And THAT my friend is a rule violation here.

We should charge POWs as common criminals? Can you name any other country that has done that?
