I have a new one for you. It's called Jigglin' George. It's an exercise machine I bought in Branson, MO. You lay on the floor and put your ankles onto the cushion slots and start it. 15 minutes of exercise is equivalent to 1 1/2 miles of walking. I feel all tingly like I just ran a mile and it is good for cardio for people like me who can't distance walk.I work out twice to three times a day to raise my metabolism.
