Shortest time elapsed between 9.30A.M. to 12 noon is 2.5 hour=150 minute=9000 second
Shortest time elapsed between 12 noon to 7.00 P.M.is 7 hour=420 minute=25200 second
Shortest total time elapsed at a give place between 9:30 AM to 7PM=9.5 hour
Shortest total time elapsed at a given place between 9:30 AM to 7PM=570 minute
Shortest total time elapsed at a given place between 9:30 AM to 7PM=34200 second

how about converting to 24 hour time if you dont like AM/PM
try 9.30am = 0930
7.00pm = 1900
then do 1900 - 0930 = 0930 (9 hours and a half)
and because everyones adding smart physics endings to these answers, ill say this is all assuming you are travelling well below the speed of light.......
although surely you can look at a clock and work this out?
