I am for the censorship in the media. Unethical, immoral scenes can't do anyone's good. This is not also any kind of entertainment. For this effective censorship should be there.

The First Amendment says that Congress (interpreted to mean all government) cannot establish censorship. That is a good thing, but media has lost all self-control. The prevalance of violence and explicit sex in movies, TV, and video games has made it much more difficult to raise a child with values that respect the inate worth in all other people. It can only be reversed through societal pressure, but I don't expect that to happen. Too many people would say "I want it, so I will have it."

If there was governmental censorship, whom would you trust to decide what you could see and hear?

i think its a meaningless battle, people are entertained by offensive things the FCC censors something then there are loopholes, they give old words new dirty meanings or they profit from "uncensored" dvds
