I got hurt on a job I did for A rental company can I file on their homeowners liability? I have not been able to work since 5-07.
I am under a Drs. care and have been refered to a neurosurgen. My pain is bad that I also am being referred to a pain clinic.

You said "working for", does this mean employed by? If you are an employee, you should be covered by Workmans Comp. Are you doing this work for pay "under the table"? It does make a difference. Doubt that homeowners insurance would cover if you are employed by the rental company or a tenant. Homeowners insurance is for accidents such as slipping or falling on someones property but not as an employee.
