I would without a doubt take Vince from that group.
Alex Smith, essentially doesn't have #1 pick talent. He has shown that he hasn't been capable of leading a team to wins consistently. Hasn't blown anyone away with his statistics and frankly, his decision making (so far) has been terrible.
Eli Manning, I mean give him a break, he's had to live up to the expectations his brother set. And even though he's done ok, he has shown he needs a lot of offensive talent around him to succeed (although I am impressed with his record this year without Tiki). He either has a really good game with about 250 yards and a couple scores (and a win) or he does miserable and throws multiple INT's. Consistency is key and that's something Eli has not shown.
Philip Rivers, besides living up to his brother's expectations part, I think I can say the same thing as Eli. Needs a lot of talent around him and is not consistent at all.
Matt Leinart, I mean we really haven't seen a whole lot out of him. Has good mechanics and has done ok with a pretty crappy offensive line, but since he hasn't had much success and hasn't put up any consistent good numbers, I don't think I'd want him just yet.
With Vince, you have a playmaker that knows how to use both his legs and feet to come up with a big play when the team needs it. He also has had some consistency problems, just not as extreme as Manning or Rivers. He had a spectacular year last year with not much help around him, and single-handly has turned the Titans into a arguably one of the top 10 teams in the league.
I really wouldn't have a problem with Eli, but when you remember that Giants-Titans game last year where Vice rallied from being down 28-0 to winning 31-28 in the second half, you have to give him an edge. Eli couldn't respond under pressure and put that game away. Which also is another point: Vince has succeeded under pressure multiple times in ways the other guys have not (or they have just not had as many oppurtunities as Vince).
I'll take Vinsanity.

Matt Leinart would be my choice, a QB that will be a star in this league for many years to come. Then Vince Young, Eli Manning, Jay Cutler, Alex Smith and last Phillip Rivers.

Definitely Eli Manning. But ya know, Jay Cutler looked impressive in the win over Tennessee. And, I know a win over KC isn't saying much, but he looked good all the same.

Vince is a winner i'll grab him first but as far as raw QB talent I'd take Leinart, then Manning, Rivers and way at the bottom Smith

I'd rather have Tony Romo sorry i know he's not on the list but from the list I'd take Vince Young, I think he's gonna get better down the road.
