where is the best place for you to cry?

i cry in my sleep(bed) or while bath(bathroom) mostly

because i don't want anyone saw me cry

For me it's in bed or in the shower.
Crying in the shower's becoming a daily thing for me.

crying is oone of the emotions that brings a physical responce distressing for others to witness. People want to be alone to cry unless in a group struck with common grief - death, fear accident.
Bing alone is usually the best way to let it out. Your room, car, isolated space outside, - really any place where you can be away from others and deal wtih whatever is causing the extreme unhappyness.

In the shower.You can have a good cry while the jets of water sort-of massages your body.I tried it once after reading about it in the papers,it was pretty comforting after I stopped crying.And I can clear all evidence that I've cried.Because I don't feel comfortable to let other people know I've cried.
