It seemed like all the drivers came to race clean, not the typical "wreckers or checkers" we've seen in previous years. In all, there were a few highlights...I agree with the Busch crew bowing to the fans and DJ driving the truck...but as for the actual race, I think there were four things that stuck out in my mind: 1. Elliott Sadler, who had one of the best cars all weekend, was eliminated on lap two by AJ Allmendinger (who went on to win) 2. Sam Hornish Jr. raced his way into the show, hit the wall several times during the main event, and was one of the fastest cars at the end, finishing 7th 3. Two of the three JGR cars had engine problems, both were leading the race at the time it happened. 4. Carl Edwards was dominate, but opted to make no changes during the ten minute recess while everyone else did, and we see how far that got him.

Acting silly with a group of grown men!

I was with 6 or 7 guys on a retreat. One of them turned on an old rock song and shouted out silly instructions for us. We did kind of a mosh pit up against each other, then ran around the room one way and then he's shout, "Reverse!" When the chorus played, he'd call us in to a huddle. In this positions, our arms were around our neighbor but our hands were by the next guy's head. So he said "rub each other's head." It was just a cool time and we reverted to Romper Room boys! It was like taking a pill to revert to a kid. (None of us were drunk!)

The moment I found two young ladies to keep my mind fresh and my spirits high and my cold heart beating a little while longer.

Sad thing is I can't seem to remember when that moment was, but then again, I can't sem to be able to forget it either.

testifying before Congress on the shabby treatment of the soldiers. I can't explain how I felt to be in the presence of Congress and to know that I have truly impacted America through my tears and my story. It is an amazing feeling.
