Bill Parcells
He found Romo, he assembled the talent and he taught them structure. Now that he is gone Jerry will resume making terrible choices and they will be back to an average team in 2-3 year. Enjoy it now Dallas fans because Jerry will do what Jerry always does, mess it up.

First of all Bill Parcells didnt find Romo. Sean Payton is the one who did that. 2nd of all Parcells was coach this year they still would not be doing as well as they are. Wade Philips and espically jason Garrett who call the plays are the biggest people to thank. Philips dosnt refer to TO as "the player" and Garrett get him the ball. Look a the #'s he has put up this year. I just hope they dont lose Garrett next year when someone wants to make him a head coach

Combo of things...I think Romo has really come into his own and his connection with TO has been amazing to watch. Parcells must be kicking himself for starting Bledsoe over Romo otherwise he'd probably still be there...

combination of things tony romo coming of age t.o having fun again and a coach that isn't afraid to put the ball up instand of hand offs ,i still think perhaps a year away from the superbowl could be wrong but only time will tell..

It's not Romo. I think Wade Phillips has finally found a fit for his coaching style. He's Father is a legend in Texas and still loved today.

I agree with the other guy, Parcells put all the pieces together just like he did in New England and now all those pieces are gelling together.

first of all romo is a homo. secondly all ther players have been staying out of jail so now they can practice as a team all week long instead of just on weekends for good behavor
