Apparently the government does not mind them. If I take someone's property at the point of a gun this is called theft. If the government does it, this is known as taxation. I could go to jail. The tax collector gets a cut of the robbery.

if you are in first grade wearing diapers something is wrong,or unacceptable. when you are 90 you are trying not to mess your clothes and stink up the room which is quite acceptable.
