Like Lotus Leaf says, Bartimaeus is a point 5 djinn with techniques-set actually. that's a stable sequence. Then there is the Temeraire sequence through Naomi Novik. Temeraire is a chinese language Celestial dragon captured as an egg from the French through the British. It is conscious, English, French, chinese language, Durgazh (dragon language). it is set in the time of the time of the Napoleonic Wars. So the British Aerial Corps of dragons combat the French Aerial Corps. There are different dragons too, Lily, Maximus, Dulcia, Ishkierka, Arkady, Lien. they are smart, can communicate, do maths. The sequence are in this order; Her Majesty's Dragon, Throne of Jade, Black Powder conflict, Empire of Ivory, Victory of Eagles, Tongues of Serpents (will pop out in July).

Yes, I would like to go back to the days of the dragons, when St George slew them all. And they all gathered around the table and drank good old Scottish whiskey and there was heather in a vase on the table. Gathered by a lovely lassie.

The replicator from Star Trek - gourmet meals in a nanosecond! YUM!

I'd be afraid of the matter transmitter - when it malfunctions your atoms and molecules are scattered every which way! lol

I would like the use of a time machine too. I'd want a "return quickly button" as an option in case I got in a difficult situation.

I want Zaphod Beeblebrox's sunglasses. They are set up to become more and more opaque, depending on your proximity to danger, until they are completely opaque when you are,for instance, about to be eaten by a shark.

If it's coming,I don't wanna know.
