I'm interested in becoming a Limo Driver for extra cash while going to college. How do I go about finding out the license requirements in the state of Florida?

Is the pay average with the tips being pretty good?

Thanks

Just call a Limo co. and ask them what the requirements are for the drivers. The pay is up and down. I have friends that do it and it can be cool job .. You have to work a lot though. Doing it part time is probably the equilvilent of a waiting tables job.

Well, I am sure you have a local DMV web site in Fl. Look up the requirements or even give them a call, they will be able to let ya know what the requirements are.

I can't imagine there is a differance as far as making money.
Airport runs are the ones that make a driver the most money, that I know.

It depends on where you goto work. To get a chauffers licence then you usually need to goto City hall for an application. They will do a background check and for a small fee you will be set up. The pay can be alright, but the hours can be long. You will make most of your money on Airport runs. I drove a Taxi, and I made pretty nice cash.
