He has come mainly in Indian soap operas/dramas. I remember he used to start in the programme "Tara" many years ago. He also starred opposite Sunny Deol, playing a Sikh sardar. He has features similar to that of Brad Pitt. His face is almost ape like with strong features.

As far as the serial TARA is concerned i think you are referring to--RAKESH BEDI . he usually appears in a lot of searials. he has done--- EK DUJE KE LIYE , CHASHME BADUUR etc. films. May have acted opposite sunny deol which movie i am not sure. he is plump & fair in complexion.
