Clicking popping noise turning and accelerating around turns. CV joints improperly rebuilt will do the same thing as worn out joints. New axles are much to expensive. Take it back sometimes aftermarket axles come with a one year warranty but you will have to pay to remove and reinstall the axle again. What the heck are we working on? year make model helps!!!

What kind of vehicle is it? Is it rear wheel drive? If so it sounds like it could be a bad set of spider gears or a bad clutch pack.

The wheel hub bearing might be bad too.
