never had anything like that but i'd call the Dr. or see a dermatologist just to make sure it isn't something that needs to be treated. Never know it could get worse and start to bleed, especially if your scratching it. Would be awful to have scars from something that could be easy to get rid of.

Its dry skin I think. Try changing your soap and use some moisturiser. If it persists go to a skin specialist.

Wow, from your question you make it sound like you're homeless and pan handling on the streets.

Go see a doctor, he is the only one who can give you a definitive answer.

By the way, why is this question in "Entertainment and Music"?

Dry skin.

Get some face lotion for that.

Dove works really well.

It's dry skin. One cause of this might be if you use an electric razor, but yeah, skin lotion will clear that up.

Its probably dead skin but if it's something worse, use hot soapy water and scrub it off, then pat it gently with a facecloth. If this fails, please consult your local doctor or chemist.

Stupid suggestion: (or you could cut it off....like surgery) lol.

you probably need to see a doctor - it kind of sounds like shingles. Have you ever had chicken pox?
