If your English, grammar and spelling is anything to go by, you must work as a teaboy at the 'security company'.

Nothing personal but only an idiot could get hacked through YA.....
You obviously clicked on a link or are allowing people access to your e-mail address.
Simply asking and answering questions can not and does not allow hackers into your PC.
And for a person who works for a security firm i can't believe you've never heard of firewalls and 'real time' anti virus programs.
You sound a bit paranoid and by far not very good at your job, if your job consist of PC security.
I myself have previously been employed as what is known as an 'ethical hacker' and hacking into someones PC through a site like this is close to impossible unless the intended victim allows it to happen.
YA is as secure as your own PC is.

You can be infected on Yahoo answers. It's quite simple and here is how it's done. !st you can not be directly infected or spammed in any way directly by the simple use of Yahoo answers. You can however be infected by how you use the forum.
1. If you have and accept e-mail from people on Yahoo answers then you can receive an infected email from anyone.
2. If you correspond with someone on Yahoo answers and give them your real e-mail address, then you are dumb, but you are now open to be hit with spam and lots of junk mail.
3. You can also get a virus and ad's if you click on links people post on Yahoo answers. Trojans may also be hidden in the links.
So yes you can be infected here if you are not safe.

it's a bit of a story... only yahoo and answers would know 100% about it.. obviously they have access to things you don't
all you need to do is report it, give yahoo ya proof.. let them deal with it..
2467? is a bit far fetched.. you work for a security company, and most of them don't get auto blocked? hhmmm

Are you *sure* you work for a security company? If you do, is it as a minimum wage security guard?
Try deep breaths. Oh, and punctuation.
PS: Yahoo!Answers is *not* a program.
PPS: Check his past questions. I think he really must be just a security guard.

that could never happen, and the fact that you supposedly work for a security company and think this could happen is quite sad.

Contact Yahoo. but don't expect an answer.
alternatively, you will get "good" and "informative" answers from the people on here, they obviously know what they are talking about!
LOL!
