Thats like asking why are some peoples noses/pick a body part are larger/different. Its all genetics, diet, luck whatever.

Genetics, genes from both parents like overweight ,underweight, and when your body is ready/puberty.

umm beacause ur born like dat there are all different breast sizes n there all beautiful ask family members if u got sisters or your mum your likely to follow their roots you shouldnt let guys put you off about breast sizes
