No. Otherwise, you would be prepared for every situation. The words, it took me by surprise, or I wasn't ready for that, or any phrase that expresses your confusion, misunderstanding, incomprehension, etc, of a situation would be obsolete in your language.
We may encounter similar situations, even some that appear identical, to previous thought, but the fact that they are in a moment of time that did not exist when the thought was conceived makes them different.
Even if you believe in reincarnation, they cannot be the same. Reincarnation, defined as "A reappearance or revitalization in another form; a new embodiment." implies that it is a new situation...not the continuation of an old one...again, no, for the reincarnation itself IS a new situation.

Only if we compare the new situation to some prior thought or situation.

This is a choice that we make. We could be choosing to see the new situation for what it really is. Not just an imaginary image of it created by looking at it through the darkened glass of some previous terror.

To know the answer w should , first , know what is Destiny and what is a thought. Thought is not outside of us Destiny is . In fact we do not know where it is and how it acts. For this unknown entity we have simply given a name , Destiny. That is all. If it was possible at all for us to initiate change in our destiny we could consider changing our thoughts accordingly . We can compulsorily think of something else and delve on that thought . If anything , the combined action of our mind , thought, body results in a certain action. Such an action takes us towards our intended goal. If we drift away from that intended goal and land up somewhere we tend to blame this on some thing . That something is Destiny .

Sometimes i think , if this happen to me ,how i will deal in it?
Our previous thoughts is our knowledge and according to it , we deal with the situations which we face.

We are what we eat. Oh wait, um, you can't always get what you want. But you will find, if you try, you get what you need. Also, take what you need and leave the rest behind. I hate myself.
