i rarely watch cartoon nowdays

I do, and I am 34 years old, a responsible parent, and am covered in tattoos! How's that for idiosyncratic? I don't understand the concept that you are perceived as immature if you enjoy things that don't contain blood and gore, violence or nudity. Personally, I think you are more mature when you are able to free yourself from the preconceived notion that you have to enjoy these things that cause pain or problems, or enjoy seeing others suffer, to be viewed as "mature". How silly, and sad. What a reflection on our society. I bet you have a pretty good moral compass. Stay strong, and enjoy your cartoons! ; ) And besides, you have a greater range of programs to watch on TV than your friends. And I don't even have TV at my house. Just movies and games! lol

Entertainment is entertainment. I'm old, but I still watch Tom and Jerry, Bugs Bunny, Droopy, Woody Woodpecker, anything Disney, and even current stuff like Spongebob Squarepants and Ed, Edd, and Eddy.

It's cool. I've watched them for decades & love them. I'm also an artist, so I get into the background, colors, how something was drawn, etc. They're fun & entertaining. Maybe it's the younger ones who don't appreciate or enjoy them as much as the older guys.

Sometimes I need to watch something completely, totally brainless...something that is just there...I don't have to think about it or even pay attention to it.
I'm sorry but soap operas, talk shows and game shows don't cut it...and neither do those court shows.

cartoons are amusing, can't an adult do what he please? can't he enjoy himself? why bother!
let them watch cartoons, nothing's wrong with that!
some people make fun of them, it's just ok to see an adult watching a cartoon, I myself have seen so many adults watching cartoons and I encourage them, even I watch cartoons and like them (not all of them) but hey, I'm not an adult, lol... making fun of them is wrong, wrong, definitely wrong, the choices differ!
everyone has his own hobby, his own likes and dislikes and that thing is kinda private, no one's allowed to interfere with it!
