The reason I'm asking is this...
When the Republicans controlled the House and Senate, it was all Bushs fault. Now that the Dems have had control of the House and Senate for a year, everything is still all Bushs fault.
So I'm just curious, do you plan to blame everyone else but yourselves into infinity or do you have someone new lined up to take the brunt of your anger and hatred?

Thanks for the typical liberal pat answer: Continue to blame Bush 'for a long time'.
I cant wait for America to see your true colors once again.
Welcome to the 2008 Democratic party where EVERYTHING is someone elses fault.

Sure thing Morden. When Clinton was in office, it was the Republicans fault when they controlled the House and Senate. While Bush is in office, it's the Republicans fault when they controlled the House and Senate. Now Nancy Pelosi and the Dems control the House and Senate and yet mysteriously EVERYTHING continues to be the fault fo the Republicans. Thanks for the continued laugh.

Foxy makes an extremely important point. Your assertion that "the Dems have had control of the House and Senate" is simply untrue. "A slim majority" would be accurate. To "have control" means having enough votes of overcome Presidential veto.
Besides, Clinton "being gone" doesn't seem to have prevented the current administration from pointing the finger at him. I'll bet you dollars to dingleberries that Mr. Bush goes into a very quiet retirement, similar to that of Richard Nixon, rather than continuing to be the active and influential figures that Mr Carther and Mr Clinton been post-Presidency.

First of all, the democrats don't have enough votes in the house and senate to override Bush's veto.
The low rating of the House is not just a negative for democrats, it includes the republicans too. Nothing that the people want is getting done.
The whole government isn't working. They do nothing but slap every american in the face.
"Welcome to the 2008 Democratic party where EVERYTHING is someone elses fault."
LOL Now if you could just admit who started the blame game maybe we could get something done! I have never heard one single con blame the one in the white house for the mess we're in! They even go back in history to blame someone, anyone, other then the reigning King!

Blame for WHAT ? I expect things to improve when Bush is out of office. And don't expect miracles overnight. Bush has made a serious mess for any future president to handle when he/she takes office.
Meanwhile, the "Democrat controlled House and Senate" is controlled only by a slim majority. Whenever those bodies proposed something Bush didn't like, he suddenly found the veto pen which he had in storage for the first six years of his presidency.

I have actually seen Liberals blame 9/11 on the invasion of Iraq.
Thats right !!!!!!!!!!!!
They think the terrorist went back in time, to carry out 9/11 in 2001, because we invaded iraq in 2003.
After all, global warming is Bush's fault.......right ??
It doesn't matter that Clinton never submitted the Koyoto treaty to the Senate to be ratified during the last 3 years of his administration.
It's all Bush's fault for not getting it ratified.
I guess it was Bush's fault that a Democratic controlled Congress, blocked Hillay's health care proposal back in 1993.
Or it was Bush's fault, when a Democratic Controlled Congress and a Democratic Justice Department, had Ken Starr named to investigate Clinton back in 1993.

I'm a conservative independent.
Both Republicans & democrats have a lot that they can share the blame for.
But I must admit I look forward to having a president who is neither a Bush nor a Clinton.
Vote out the old guard of both parties!!!!

If we recover from what Bush has done we can expect that recovery to include:
Higher taxes
Defeat and surrender
The start of socialized EVERYTHING
Apathy
Constitutional death
Ever read the book "1984"?
Everything that the Dems want would be the beginning of what happened in that book. Government supplied everything. From food to health care to oily vodka. They'll have to monitor EVERYTHING you do to make sure you follow their rules.
Thompson said it best when he stated that if the Dems win, and the government gets as big as it would have to be to do all the things that someone like Clinton wants, the government will go from "what the government does for you, to, what the government does to you".

Personally, I plan on taking a page from the right wing play book and continue blaming Bush for at least eight more years, even into Clinton's second term. When that won't work, I will attack whoever dared to run a campaign against her, like you guys do to Gore and even Kerry. Finally, if nothing else is effective, I will make up fancy slogan words that mean nothing, kind of like islamo-fascists. Sound familiar? It should, Rush does it all the time!

The answer is, Americans have no one to blame but themselves, for allowing the Dumbya Bush and the US government to run over their Constitutional rights; deplete their tax dollar coffers; and create wars that have killed thousands of people in futility, as well as destroying America's international image; while Halliburton continues to reap the fruits of its no-bid contracts.
It is all our own fault for allowing Bush and his cronies to be elected in 2000 and 2004, as well as not protesting vehemently against these violations against us, the American people.
Shame on us, if America elects another Republican to clean up the mess caused by Dumbya Bush & Co. We would be the ones to blame if this occurs.

Bush is still president and there are still too many Republicans in Congress in order to override his vetoes and to get decent legislation enacted. The next president will also have to deal with the messes that Bush will leave behind such as Iraq and the budget deficits.
You’re trying to criticize those who are justly blaming Bush for his current and continuing failures but trying to shift blame makes no sense and certainly can’t exonerate Bush.
