Fake. Our heat pump dried out the real ones in 2 days, after all that decorating! It is a beautiful tree full of different colored lights blinking & chasing. We chock it full of neat ornaments. We love it!

I like to say we have a high-end fake :)
It looks real, but there are no pine needles to fall over the carpet.
And it would not be feasible for us to drag a real tree up the elevator!

Real ones die too easily.
Real ones don't last that long.
I don't have to go buy a new tree every year with a fake one.
