I am 14 years old and I am only 4"7 my parents are Mom:5"2 and Dad:5"5. What cost-expensive things can I do to get taller? I am not stuoid and am not expecting a 2 feet increase but anything that will make me grow at least a few inches

You're only 14...you still have 4-5 more years to Grow~* Most times at this age...boys shoot up out of no where in a growing spurt. Eat healthy...drink your milk to help your bones..Don't smoke(it stunts your growth) and wait for nature to take its course. You havn't stopped growing yet...just be patient~ I know it must be frustrating as your friends have probably already started their growth spurt....You will too ~ Just be Patient~

Hey dude...everyone is right...just be patient. But I'll tell you I was always the shortest dude in my class and at 14 I was just about your size. My dad s 5"7 and my mom is 5" 3. In my second year of HS when I was 16 I grew a whole foot. By the time I was done I was 5"10. And my brothers are 5"9 so were all taller than dad. So, yea it will happen. Wish there was something to help but at least make sure you eat good and get your vitamins...

just wait it out man, you are who you are, be proud of how you are now, and at only 14 you still got abit of growing to do. dont want to be something else, take pride in how you are at the moment.
