Which team in which organization is the worst run? (Example... The knicks because......)

Alright nobody is understanding me which team (Knicks, pirates, Dolphins, ect.?) Not which league which team?

It's hard to get a team to stay under .500 for 15 consecutive years, especially when you get a new ballpark in the process. They consistently sell away the future just as the future becomes the present. They just hired a GM who couldn't hold the ASSISTANT GM job in Cleveland. Fans have already staged one walkout. It's sad to see. They're messing up, and seem to have NO idea how to get it right.
As for the Knicks, they're close, but this seems to be a shorter-term thing than what's going on with the Pirates. Even though they're the current circus in town, what they're doing pales in comparison to the Pirates' annual traveling three-ring spectacular.

Right now the NY Knicks are the poster child for horrifying management and results. They had a payroll of 139 million and even with 60 mill going off, they still rank as 1 of the highest going into next year(40 mill to Marbury and Francis not off until 2009). Sexual misconduct at the player level and top of the administration says to the fans that we are not professional. Neither does players that don't show up. And of course a dismal won-lost record since 2001 is the final straw.
But take heart. Some teams that used to be mentioned as contenders for the worse have had some success lately, most notably LA Clippers and Detroit Tigers. The Knicks at least has a rich history of winning. Once house is cleaned, there's a better chance for success than at these franchises:
Arizona Cardinals-As long as there is a Bidwell involved, the result will be dismal.
Tampa Bay Rays: They've tried everything including dropping the "Devil", so I give them some credit, but honestly, how many times can you finish last in a 5 team division ?
Orioles: Probably would get the prize overall for baseball, though Rays prevent them from last place in win-loss, but otherwise, they rival the Knicks in scandals and poor decisions at the top.

In genreral in it would be the MLB cuz there is no control on those who still use steroids. However the Knicks are screwed at the moment.

NHL. No other league could manage to get an entire season cancelled and be stuck on a channel like Versus.
