There is no definitive structure, as silicic acid is a general name for a entire group of silicon, hydrogen, and oxygen compounds.

Silicic acid is a general name for a family of chemical compounds of silicon, hydrogen, and oxygen, with the general formula [SiOx(OH)4-2x]n and its a jelly-like substance (hydrated silica). Here x and n are variables. If x=2 [SiO2(OH)]n will be the formula. n denotes that the structure within the brackets are repeated n times. As it is we can define the structure for x=2. Si has four bonds all connected to O atoms. Here two O atoms are bonded to H and the other two O atoms are bonded to the adjoining O atoms forming a 3D structure.
