I'm Maria, 22 years old from Argentina. I love Nirvana! It's my favourite band! I like all their songs, sometimes I prefer one from the other depending my mood. But I think that all their songs are great in a different way.

All apologies....very melodic in a slaphappy way....both at once an attitude that is superior yet apologetic for the way he thinks

I'd say my favourite Nirvana song (at the moment) is Stay Away. Probably because this week I am feeling slightly more moshy. It's a great driving song.

Like Pixies songs I tend to change my favourite Nirvana song pretty regularly.

Last week it was Molly's Lips and the week before it was All Apologies....then again Mexican Seafood is a damn fine track also.

They're all good really.

I have heard the entire album, the one with the Water in the picture, and thought it was all good.
The Best song should be Come as You Are. A mixing engineer who once went out with a friend of mine let me know that technical difficulties coincided with the bands' most inspired songsmithing and so the real strength was lost at the studio end, but recaptured at the Hi-Fi / Stereo end of things.
If Mr. Cobain were alive he would have really liked to have had a good go at this, but sadly he cannot.

I love Nirvana.
My favourite song that they recorded is:The Man Who Sold The World. - The song was writen by David Bowie, in 1969, and the album of the same name was release in the US in Nov 1970, and in the UK in April 1971.
Those were happy times for me, I was a teenager then and thought the world was a wonderful place. When Nirvana released the song, it kind of rekindled a believe that I once had in humanity, it's amazing what memories can bring.

Yes I do. I'd probably say Smells Like Teen Spirit, just cos it was such a poignant song for me in my teens - it showed me a whole other world apart from what my friends were listening to. But, now I'm not a teen anymore, I'd probably rather listen to the likes of Pennyroyal Tea or Heart Shaped Box. They're a bit more mellow.

I love Nirvana, they're one of my favourite bands. =]
I'm similar to you; my favourite song changes depending on my mood.

Right now, i think my favourites are;
Rape Me
In Bloom
Lithium
Territorial Pissings
Aneurysm
Moist Vagina [MV]
Something in the Way

..and so many more.

It's so hard to choose just one.
The band was amazing.

Kurt's lyrics really spoke to me, i could relate to alot of what he sang - and some other songs were just good for rocking out to.
He was a great man.
May he rest in peace.

Smells like teen spirit and come as you are - are two of my favorites, cuz you can listen to them a million times and still discover a new meaning or possible meaning to what Kurt was trying to say.
