Without a doubt, the sponsors will win. All that punting will result in alot of commercials. Oh, and if they play, the comedy channel will air it.

Good college teams might give the Dolphins a run for their money.
Notre Dame is far from a good college team right now. Good Division III schools would give Notre Dame a run for their money.

A NFL team would always beat a college team because a NFL team has a roster full of NFL talent where a College team may have afew big NFL stars 75% wont even play in the league

why did you pair a crappy college team verse a crappy NFL team, you should've asked something more along the lines of
