Here's an easier way:

Copy & paste the link from your browser's Address bar directly into your Email.

Then, your recipient can click on the embedded link to go to the web site to see it for themselves.

(1) How to Take a Screenshot in Microsoft Windows:

Learn how to take screenshots of your internal computer problems, so that the people at Microsoft and other troubleshooting services can help you solve your problems much faster and more efficiently. It is also just fun to take screenshots and butcher your screen or set up "ghost desktops" to mess with your parents or friends.

Steps

To take a screenshot of the entire screen, press the "Print Screen" (it could be labeled "PrtScn" or "PrtScrn") button on your keyboard. It can be found near the top, to the right of all the "F" keys (F1, F2, etc) and often in line with the arrow keys
To take a screenshot of just the program that is active, press and hold the "Alt" button (found on either side of the space bar), then press the "Print Screen" button.
To view this screen-shot for further use, use Paint or some other graphics program. Do not use Microsoft Photo Editor; this program will only record part of your screenshot. When you are in Paint at a blank page click on "Edit" and then click on "Paste" and your screen shot will appear on the blank page.
To save, just go through the usual steps for saving a picture or graphics item (for example, click File, then Save As or Save.)
If you want to capture a window or dialque box click on the top bar of the window or dialoque box then holding down the alt button press on the print screen button. You then can press control v to add the window to a word processing program or presentaion program.

Tips

If your computer locks up (freezes up) frequently while you are running a program, take a screenshot, save it, then crash your computer. Paint is a program, so you will need to add it to your Microsoft Office shortcut bar. This is at the top right part of your screen, beside the program title bar, (unless you have unchecked the "fit to title bar area" option on "customize"). To learn how to add Paint to this shortcut box, please enter that search in the search box.
A free program - MWSnap can be used to capture a screen very nicely. It has many options for saving the results of the screenshot. The program is available at http://www.mirekw.com/winfreeware/mwsnap.html
Use a conversion tool to convert BMPs (a lossless uncompressed format) saved by Paint into some other format such as JPEG or GIF or PNG.
Another useful (free) utility is ScreenHunter . ScreenHunter allows you to capture the entire screen, the active window, or a specific area you choose by dragging the pointer. It can run in the background and be called at will with a hot-key. It saves in .bmp, .gif or .jpg formats.
If you plan on putting your screenshot on a website, be sure it does not exceed a suggested size limit
An unsuccesful attempt

Warnings

Saving a screenshot in some file types (such as bitmaps) will result in a very large file.
Some people will be annoyed if you email them a large attachment, remember to crop and convert.

(2)How to Take a Screenshot of the Entire Screen
Have you ever had a moment that you just wish you could take a picture of the screen for an instruction document, a new level in a game or something else? Well - here's how!

Steps:

Get to the screen that you wish to take a snapshot of.
Find a key on your keyboard labeled PRINT SCREEN - SysRq
Press it ONCE
If you wish to crop it down, open your favorite picture editing program (Windows (TM) Paint© recommended)
Open program in which to paste the image, such as WordPad, Paint, or other document editors (except text-only editors such as NotePad).
OTHERWISE, SIMPLY PASTE IT AND SAVE IT AS A IMAGE FILE
Paste the image you took by holding CTRL + V
Select an area of the image to keep by dragging a selection box over it
Hold CTRL + C to copy it
open a new window or image in your image editor
paste the image by holding CTRL + V again
Save it as an image (by pressing CTRL + S if in Paint©)
For users of Mac OS X, press Command ("Apple"), Shift and the 3 key above the w and e keys. An image of the entire desktop picture will be saved on your desktop named "Picture (x)" (x increases for each screen capture you make). Open the file on your desktop ('Preview' by default), and use the standard selection keys to select a part of the image to copy (or the entire screen). You may then paste this into any application which supports graphic files.
Mac OS X also allows for captures of a selected area of the screen, or a specific window. Press Command ("Apple"), Shift and the 4 key to turn the mouse into a cross, and then use this to select the area you want to save.

Warnings

The image that is produced by pressing the Print Screen key is going to be as big as the screen - so it may need to be cropped or shrunk
Computers with a low amount of RAM are likely to slow down or possibly crash. NOTE: it is almost certain that RAM should not be a problem
Resizing a screen capture may cause the output to appear "squished" - if possible only resize by simple measures (reduce 50% for example) rather than arbitrarily.

Things:

You'll NeedA standard English 'QWERTY' keyboard
Windows(TM) 95-Vista operating system
For Mac OS X: Mac OS X 10.0 or later
