well it started a few weeks ago when my son stubbed his big toes and made them bleed his nails were still intact tho. now he is cryin that they hurt and he wont walk on them. they are red and warm and look very sore. the nails are still there but they have started to curl up and come away from the skin. what can i do is there anything i can do to ease the pain? ?

aaar poor thing.its hard for kids to tell you what it feels like but i would sugest taking him to his doctors cuz if he as slightly damaged the toe nail it could leed to problems in later life

yes salt and warm water and a bowl or something he probably wont want to do it if hes in pain but tell him there is a reward in it for him and if he likkes his feet tickled give him a little pamper to let his mind at ease and foret about the pain, but if it it getting worse id say you should go to the doctors and check it out, aw hope he gets better though.

Sprinkle a little salt into a tub of warm water and tell him to keep his feet in there for a while. It sounds pretty serious though, so maybe you should take him to the doctor. Good luck =)

If the green stuff came out of his penis or that area, it's probably just smegma, which is completely normal. If it came out of his butt, it could be from his anal glands, which is also normal (sometimes cats express their anal glands when they are nervous or excited). Wipe off his back end, wash your hands a few times, and don't worry about him. If it came out anywhere else, it's not normal. In that case, you can freak out a little, find a phone number for a local emergency veterinary clinic and call and ask for advice.

Get some antiseptic cream - this should numb the pain a bit. You could also try kiddies painkillers. I would take him to the drs too it sounds pretty bad poor little mite!

Red and warm sounds like an infection best treated by a doctor.
Take him to your local walk in centre , or if not casualty.

take him to the Dr. my son did this once . he never complained about pain but a week later he became septic because bacteria had gotten under the nail and then entered his blood stream.

poor little soul. he may need antibiotic. calpol , and let him paddle in salt water in the bath. or go to hospital, acciden. emerg dept today
